This is our brotherhood committee, which is the first of our three pillars. They plan all the events throughout the semester that have to do with getting members together. These events include Chili, Hammers, Theta Thanksgiving, and any other Theta Tau sponsored events.
This is second of our three pillars. This committee plans all of our events that revolve around community service and try to get all of the brothers and PNM's active in helping our community. They plan events such as our blood drive and adopt a spot.
This is the third of our three pillars. This committee helps members and potential new members prepare for the workforce after college. They plan events like resume workshops, presentations from the entrepreneurship center on campus, dress to impress, mock job interviews, and elevator speech workshops.
This committee focuses on getting our name out on campus and working on our relationships with other organizations. They plan events like game nights or field days so that we can interact with people on campus.
This committee plans events to help fund our chapter. These events include, Panda Express Fundraisers, video game tournaments, and cutest pet competitions. They work with websites and companies to help make some of these happen.
This committee reaches out to alumni to inform them of upcoming events. They plan events such as Founder's Day dinner and Alumni panels.
This committee is dedicated to helping the chapter grow by using the time we have for rush to gain the interest of potential members. Then, they teach them everything they need to know during the pledging semester to pass the potential new member test.
This committee is dedicated to ensuring the safety and well-being of all members, potential new members, and any guests that are brought to events. They give us presentations on how to make good decisions, how to be safe during events and non-events, how to take care of ourselves mentally, and about hazing.
DEI stands for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. This committee ensures that no one is left out because of gender or sexuality. They plan events to teach people how to treat others and to make sure everyone is included.
